Does Ukraine still have Internet access?
All existing standards of Internet access are available in Ukraine, with broadband services mostly limited to cities. Mobile GPRS access is available in vast majority of Ukraine's territory, including all urban areas and airports, most roads and railway lines, many coastal waters.
As of November 2021, the average download speed of fixed internet connections in Ukraine was approximately 51.7 Megabits per second (Mbps).

Internet use in Ukraine in 2022
Ukraine's internet penetration rate stood at 71.8 percent of the total population at the start of 2022.
Since 2012, Russia maintains a centralized internet blacklist (known as the "single register") maintained by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). The list is used for the censorship of individual URLs, domain names, and IP addresses.
As of September 2020, Russia ranked 47th among the world's countries by the fixed broadband Internet access speed, with an average download speed of 75.91 mbit/s, and 88th by the mobile network Internet access speed with 22.83 mbit/s.

The Russians have developed complex radio and electronic warfare systems, including the technology to suppress mobile communication up to 100 kilometres away. So the Ukrainians have adapted and although they're still using smartphones, their technology has come a long way.
WHO is providing Internet in Ukraine?
Musk had helped provide Ukraine with access to the service after Russia invaded in February. About 20,000 Starlink terminals, which were designed to work with satellites orbiting in space to provide online access, have been delivered to Ukraine.
The number of Facebook users in Ukraine has followed an upward trend between September 2019 and January 2022. As of August 2022, there were about 22.3 million Facebook users in Ukraine.

Google has disabled live traffic data from being displayed on its Maps app in Ukraine. The app displays this information by collecting anonymous data from Android smartphones, which shows how busy roads and different places are. But it has now been switched off in the region temporarily to protect users.
google.com ranked number 1 and is the most visited Search Engines website in Ukraine in September 2022, followed by yandex.ru as the runner up, and google.com.ua ranking at 3rd place as the leaders of the Search Engines websites in Ukraine.
The heatmap shows how many people are submitting snaps in an area. Snap has announced that it's temporarily turning off Snapchat's “heatmap” feature for Ukraine, making it so the app no longer shows how many snaps are being taken in particular locations.
Roskomnadzor also ordered that Facebook be blocked for its "discrimination toward Russian media", in retaliation for restricting the accessibility of pages for Russian state media outlets such as Russia Today. Twitter launched an onion service in response.
The Internet is available all over China, but not all of the Internet is available. Sites like Google's and social media like Facebook are censored and blocked, needing technology like VPNs for access. Wi-Fi connections are quite common, and you can connect to them often in the same way as in the West.

Why is American internet so slow?

The new 10G circuits, operational in August, 2005, will terminate in Daejeon, S. Korea at the Daedeok Gigapop and will land in the US in Seattle at the PacificNorthwest Gigapop and in China at the "Hong Kong Open Exchange Point" managed by GLORIAD partners at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Does 7G network exist? Whether it is 5G or 7G, that level of internet technology is still very much a rarity in most parts of the world. At the moment we see that only Norway provides its people with speeds that reach the levels of 7G or even 8G (keep in mind that we are talking about 11 Gigabits per second here).
